Student Downloads
- Registration Form There is a national database of all participants who are registered through their accredited Centre. Participants should be registered with the National Database after the completion of the first module. Please complete the Registration Form and hand into the centre where you are taking the course along with £20.00 payment for the registration.
- Application for Accreditation of Prior Learning Participants who have previously completed a degree in Theology or Religious Studies may be eligible for exemption from some of the core modules. This process relates to prior learning up to a maximum of three core modules. It does not apply to 'concurrent' or 'prospective' learning. Please complete the Application for Accreditation of Prior Learning.
- Participant’s Record of Progress Please use this page to record details of your registration and progress towards achieving the Catholic Certificate in Religious Studies.
- Assessment Criteria The Assessment Criteria outlines how each section of the CCRS are marked and what is assessed before awarding a fail, pass and distinctions for modules.
- CCRS Handbook Download the current CCRS Handbook 2011-12 (PDF).
- CCRS Assignment Assessment Sheet – for use by Course Centre Administrators Please use the CCRS Assignment Assessment Sheet when grading each module and complete each section.
- Notification of Results – for use by Course Centre Administrators Certificate requests – Please complete the attached spreadsheet with student's forename, surname, registration number and specialist modules taken.
- Registration Template – for use by Course Centre Administrators
Please use this template when requesting new student registration numbers and ensure each field is completed for each student. Participants should be registered with the National Database after the completion of the first module.
